We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our diverse Management team! A successful Regional Manager is an individual with reciprocal values to serve as the point of contact for our customers, provide continual constructive feedback to all direct reports, and maintain a positive work environment.

 

Key to the Regional Manager’s objective is a strong focus on enhancing and utilizing effective communication within the workplace. This is an opportunity for growth and development of managerial skills such as conflict de-escalation, employee recruitment and management, scheduling, bookkeeping, and balancing the unique needs of families who make up our customer base.

Regional Manager Accountabilities: 

  • Oversee managers of local centers including accountability of goals and support, including escalated issues, etc.
  • Directly manage  operations of our Mill Creek location
  • Create and maintain Mill Creek student and staff schedules and files
  • Recruit and retain students by maintaining high-quality services
  • Manage full-cycle staff recruitment, training, talent development, and employee relations including employee exits
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate relationships and communication among students, parents, managers, and staff
  • Observe, coach, and maintain high levels of employee performance and consistent practices
  • Ensuring timely and accurate tuition collection in accordance with tuition policies
  • Adaptability to sub as a manager at another location or as an instructor role in the Mill Creek Center on a case by case basis
  • Execute digital and guerrilla marketing and networking at local events to recruit students

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
  • Prior management/leadership experience 3+ years strongly preferred
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Ability to diffuse escalated situations and resolve conflict
  • Hands-on leader with a resilient and collaborative approach
  • Ability to hold staff accountable while coaching to improve performance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effectively allocates resources and time; must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fosters a respectful, diverse, and inclusive education environment
  • Comfortable with reviewing financial performance of centers

 

Work Schedule:

Mill Creek Center Manager Role: ~18 hours/week commitment

  • Tuesday in Center: 3:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Friday in Center: 3:30pm-8:30pm
  • Saturdays in Center: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Hours for administrative work & additional meetings included

Regional Manager Role: ~22 hours/week commitment

  • Hours and location are to be determined in coordination with selected candidate

 

Compensation:

  • Annual salary from $60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience)
